  • £13.50 per hour, paid weekly.

  • No experience necessary.

This is a genuinely unique role. If you are looking for a corporate gig, with structured work days, I’m afraid this one will not work for you. The duties are wildly varied, change with the seasons and the demands of the specific projects that you are working on. We will always help people to work on the projects for which they have the most aptitude but flexibility is vital here.

We partner with a range of nature and equality focussed organisations on habitat restoration projects and an understanding of alternative lifestyles and world views is welcome and useful.

We are based near to Bournemouth airport, on a small farm. It is an unusual working environment, we have goats and chickens here and work from an old dairy yard. You don't need specific experience but a down to earth attitude, tolerance of spiders and a willingness to learn are essential.

Seedball Production Assistant

Temporary initially. Paid weekly. Permanent position possible.

Duties

To pack and ensure accurate dispatch of our gift products in a sustainable and efficient manner.

Preparing, hosting, promoting and attending events that align with our values.

To mix and manufacture our wildflower seedballs

Using a range of equipment and machinery.

We make the seedballs with clay, soil and seeds, so the job can be very messy.

£13.5 per hour - You will be paid weekly into a bank account.

20 days holiday are accrued whilst working.
