Bettie Honeybee Book Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Beebombs Ltd, Near Bounds Stables, Parley Green Road, Dorset, BH23 6BB (the “Promoter”).
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Internet access is required to enter the competition.
The opening date for entries is 10:00am GMT on 29 October 2021 and the closing date of the competition is midnight on 30 November 2021. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
To enter the competition you must (i) ‘like’ and ‘leave a comment’ on the competition post on either Beebombs Instagram or Beebombs Facebook account AND (ii) 'follow' @saralouisastories Instagram or Facebook page.
All entries must be submitted via Facebook or Instagram and only one entry per person is permitted on either Facebook OR Instagram. Additional entries made by the same person on both Facebook and Instagram will not be accepted.
There will be one winner chosen at random from Facebook and one winner chosen at random from Instagram from all eligible entries received on 30 November 2021.
The winners selected will receive a copy of the book Bettie Honeybee signed by the author. The value of this prize is £6.99
The winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message by 5 December 2021 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner(s) does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails ben@beebombs.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, ben@beebombs.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
